Fuimos a una celebración de cumpleaños y terrible el servicio, nos recibieron bien y al poco rato ya ni caso nos hacían, tuvimos que llamar al mesero a cada rato, nunca ni siquiera me trajo lo que yo pedí y aún así le dejamos su 15 % de propina, pero no creo regresar.

We enjoyed the entire experience. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the creamed spinach is one of the best we've ever had. Waitstaff was delightful. We will most most certainly be back.

The inside is very good. We ordered the 400 grains that are brought on a griddle to finish cooking at the table. The octopus is also highly recommended, and the frozen cheese pie with strawberry is also very good.

It's always a great place to have lunch or dinner. I truly love this restaurant. The food is outstanding. The service is excellent. I have nothing negative to say about this restaurant. It's located in central Cancun good Argentinian steakhouse great empanadas like I said there's nothing I can say negative about this. The service is always outstanding, it's my go to restaurant I wanna go to lunch or dinner and central Cancun.

Al llegar y pese a tener reservación y llegar a tiempo nos indicaron que tenían exceso de reservas y que nuestra mesa no estaba lista nos hicieron esperar más de 35 minutos. Tras esa mala experiencia el resto fue bueno la comida las bebidas la relación calidad precio.

Nos encanta Bandoneon, entendemos que fue por el dia del padre que el servicio haya sido mas lento que lo normal... pero si fue demasiado lento... el mesero tenia muchas mesas a su cargo y nos sentiamos abandonados... como siempre, la comida riquisima

Cuando llegamos tardaron mucho tiempo en tomarnos la orden de bebidas y la canasta de pan tardó no menos de 25 minutos en ponerla en nuestra mesa, atendiendo a otras mesas, no obstante haber llegado después de nosotros

This place has incresead its prices a lot. The prices you pay here does not correspond to the experience nor the food quality. I ordered a vacío beef and it was salty, it suposed to be 14 ounces but it was surely less, the price I paid for the dish was $598 mexican pesos ($36 usd). I also ordered a side of mashed potatoes that was not good, it was dry. The humita empanada was fine but too expensive $160 ($10 usd). A regular coke for $4.00 usd. The restaurant is not in the tourist zone, so the prices are way to expensive for the location. The service was ok, the main waiter was on a bad mood or something, he was kind of rude but the busboy was very nice. At the end my check was around $1300 mexican pesos ($78 usd) for one empanada, the main dish, one side, two regular sodas and an awful machine made american coffe. I don’t think I will ever come back again to Bandoneon, it used to be a good place with a good cost-benefit ratio, not anymore.

You have to get out of the tourist traps, Bandoneón has excellente food and the service is first class. We were attended by Eduardo excellent service.
