Maybe we didn't understand the "system" we simply asked and sat in one of the spaces they have, very narrow, painted black and with loud music, I think there is another outdoor place that is not so dark but we didn't see it until after leaving.
Although the barbecue is very good, and you feel that they dominate what they do and have their own style, the product had a good amount of fat, this in itself is not a complaint, but if it is not served very hot and/or in mud heated, some of the fat quickly cools and begins to feel like bait.
The tortillas, although good, were somewhat cold.
The lady who served us was very kind and noticed and changed them, but we had already started eating.
Very good consommé.
Maybe it was the last thing left and it had more fat than normal.

We ordered consommé with broth but it was almost cold, you could feel the fat when you spooned it. I don't know if it was because of the schedule but one of the worst barbecues I have eaten in Cancun.The service was not bad but the food did not taste good, and the consommé looked very greasy when in other places it does not look like that. I don't recommend it at all and I wouldn't return.

The consommé was NOT hot, the order was very small and very expensive, the meat was NOT hot and lacked flavor, toy tortillas, the drinks were NOT cold and you had no ice. Everyone draws their own conclusions.

The food tasted good, I ordered takeout and they gave me an incomplete order, it didn't take me more than 10 minutes to get home to eat and the barbecue was already cold, which makes me believe that's how it came...
