On several occasions I have gone with my partner to have breakfast and the treatment in the mornings is always very friendly; case totally contrary to what happened in the afternoon.
The guys were not at all attentive, on some occasions they even threw the menu at us on the table.
Tonight we were going to dinner and they brought us the menu and we were there for approximately 10 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. We bravely got up and preferred to go somewhere else for dinner.
What a shame that one of our favorite places for breakfast and coffee has staff like this.

It really is a place, Very Nice, The food is delicious and the atmosphere is very calm, The bad thing is that the service is a little bad or ugly, Maybe it was the experience this time, but the waiter was out of place, We had to Repeat the things and I leave the dirty dishes on the table. Outside of that everything else is perfect

There was a powerful storm in the area and they still came to work and opened on time. They have an English menu if needed but honestly it overwhelmed me with so many items to select. The waiters helped as much as possible with my broken Spanish. The food was made fresh from a real chef. The price was reasonable and kept the coffee coming. This place is highly recommended.

I loved the design of the restaurant, it is almost as if it transported you to another world. The waffle I grabbed was the strawberry, banana, and nutella waffle. The flavors combined very well and the Nutella was delicious, when I return to Cancun I will return here!

Excellent service from Fabiola at the Plaza Las Americas branch, very attentive, she made some recommendations and we really loved them.It is the second time of our visit and everything is excellent.

We walked 50 minutes to come and eat here and it definitely wasn’t worth it. When we entered no one greeted or seated us so we just sat anywhere. Maybe they didn’t have any English menus and that’s fine but there was no assistance with ordering so we just used the translator on our phones. We then proceeded to sit there waiting for our order to be taken when people who arrived after us were being served before us. Then onto the food. I ordered the apple strudel waffle which was actually really yummy as well as my guava juice. My boyfriend ordered the waffle with bacon, “scrambled eggs” and fried cherry tomatoes. His waffle was hard and burnt so could only eat half, the scrambled eggs were fried eggs which were runny (he doesn’t like runny eggs) and if he had been told that it was fried eggs he would’ve asked for well done. And the fried cherry tomatoes…were 3 tiny halves of tomatoes. He also ordered an orange juice which was about 40% orange & 60% water. There wasn’t the usual checking in on “how is your food/is everything okay” like everywhere else we’ve been to eat in Cancun. Just a lack of customer service overall and disappointing food. Would not go again.

I ordered a cordon blue breast and they gave me one of the brand's breasts a day, the salad was not cut, they just threw the leaves away for the price, a mockery

Very good place, but very bad service before 9:20 they no longer let diners in, because they say the kitchen has already closed, I hope the owner takes action, since a young waitress was the one who denied us service before 9:20

Whenever I can I go to this place with my partner, and everything is always 10/10, the staff is very friendly, fast service and everything is very delicious, I highly recommend the chilaquiles, the enchiladas, the sweet waffles, the coffee and the natural juices , the last time I went they served some beautiful cups with latte art ??????

Best coffee so far on my trip Miami, Havana, Mexico City and Cancun. Waffle also super tasty. The service was very nice and immediately understood all of our wishes.
