Being from Texas, I prefer thicker steaks, but my thin cut rib eye was cooked nicely and very tasty. The scampi was very good. My son tried the chicken cordon and he really enjoyed it. The service went very well and was friendly. My children also enjoyed the experience. Reservations are no longer needed at any of the restaurants at Seadust, which was very pleasant.

They weren't actually open, "the Big Ben menu is being served at [a different restaurant]".That other location, when ordering off the Big Ben menu had really fantastic service but for a "Steak House" had only one steak. A steak which was flavourful, but not at all a good cut of meat. As the beef from Alberta (my home province in Canada) is considered some of the best globally, I am reluctant to be too harsh in my criticism. However, it was a very thin...
