If there was less than 1 Star the ranking would give it -5. Everything is bad, to begin with the attitude of the people who serve is the worst, it already makes you want to order anything, there are no milk options, they sweeten the tapiocas even more, the drinks are tasteless, we couldn't finish any of the 3 of them. Start by changing your staff or force them to at least smile.

Terrible super late!!

The drinks were good but they needed to be a little sweeter. They were tasteless. When making the order they ask you for sweetness (which they have from 1 to 5) which is the first time, I asked for 3, the next time it has to be 5.

I am editing my review because it is no longer the same company it was when it first opened (before it was Bubba Tea & Co) and now many flavors have changed and are not up to par. The attention leaves much to be desired, whoever attends you does not even know what they are selling. I asked if they had milk tea and they didn't know what that was (it seems to me something basic for a tapioca shop). It could be that some flavors are rich but you don't want to risk spending and leaving disappointed.

I love that they are made from vegetable milk and that you can customize absolutely everything

They don't have hours, as it was already closed" we arrived before the hours that food stores normally close in that square, and the employee was even cutting.Sign on that it was open, they should turn it off so you don't get out of your car in vain so they tell you it's closed?

The times that I have gone with my girlfriend, we have had the rich experience that the product is very well made, their attention is also very kind. My favorites are

I came here frequently but the drinks started to taste bad with no flavor, but then what I lost as a customer all completely is that they refused to give me a free purchase after not giving me a receipt as they state in their sign, stating that they had a problem with their printer even though they didn't notify me as I paid. They would only do a 20% discount and would take it off the paychecks of their employees so I refused the 20%. Not coming here again. It came frequently but the drinks began to taste tasteless but what lost me as a customer was that they did not want to reimburse me for not receiving my receipt even though on their sign it says that if you do not receive a receipt the purchase is free, they told me that their machine does not work and I told him that they did not tell me that when paying and the only thing they could do was give me a 20% discount, what would they take from the employees, so I did not accept the 20% discount. I will not return to this establishment.

Their drinks are rich, innovative and well presented. The cost is about average with other places.
