Bocados is the best restaurant at Garza Blanca hands down. The food and staff were amazing. Our first time dining at Bocados Alfredo was our waiter and his service was impeccable. Our second visit to Bocados Jovany was our waiter and his service was fantastic. Chef Alejandro did a an incredible table side flambé presentation which was impressive. Mauricio one of the supervisors made our visit memorable by making sure we were taken care of and comfortable. The attention to detail by the staff makes Bocados the gem of Garza Blanca.

If I could give zero stars I would. Our reservation was for 9:30pm since all the earlier time slots were not available. I was surprised when I arrived since there was hardly anyone there. Our waiter Hector was not friendly and kept trying to upsell us on things that were off the all inclusive menu. After placing our order the plates came out at different times and they got my daughter's order wrong. When she finally received her appetizer the main course came out and she never ate her appetizer. This restaurant is known for their steaks but I have had better steaks at Longhorn. The cuts were fatty and flavorless. I ordered corn as a side and it was literally rotten and hard. My younger daughter ordered a baked potato and ot was drenched with sour cream. When we asked for more drinks, it took forever to get them and the waiter just seemed annoyed at us. It was my daughter's birthday so they came out with a cheese cake and candle. That was probably the only good part of the meal. Then when we asked for our desserts and coffee our waiter said the kitchen was closed. So we had no dessert or coffee. The bill came and it was $800+. We are from NY and that was not an $800 meal. I am very disappointed and hope this review gets to the chef and management so that they can take some action to make this a better experience for their patrons including those with all inclusive. I would not recommend this restiarant to anyone and will never go back again even if they paid me.

This place is next level good. The cuts of beef are as good as you can find anywhere. The service is fantastic. Our server was Alfredo and he was the BEST! You can't go wrong with anything on the Menu but be sure to get the Crab Cakes. The Dry Aged beef was really good. Finish it off with a Carajillo to drink made with espresso and Licor 43 to accompany the carrot cake. Soooo Good.

Steak was absolutely amazing, cooked to perfection. Chocolate fondant dessert was gorgeous the first time but the second time tasted like they had left the white chocolate out of the sauce which was a shame. The special Bocados salad starter was disappointing as wasn't much more than a massive pile of leaves. Needed more dressing and more of the accompaniments.

The whole experience was fantastic. The food delicious and the service amazing. In fact the best steak I have ever had. Definitely going to eat there again! Thank you Martin for taking care of us.

The Garza Blanca Resort in Cancun is a must for all travelers. This resort never disappoints every time I stay here. From the time you pull up to the resort to the time you depart, you are treated exceptionally well. The butlers that we had were Enrique and Fernando who were both sooo welcoming and assisted us with whatever we needed. They also made my birthday the best experience and surprise in which I was very appreciative for. The resort is always clean and well kept, the restaurants are beautiful and have an array of selections for everyone.

This resort never disappoints! I finally took advantage of the SPA and it was amazing. My butlers Enrique & Fernando were nothing short of amazing. They both contributed and helped me plan a great surprise in our room for my lady on her birthday while we were there. They made sure if for whatever reason they both were out we were well taken care of. As an owner…I find the overall experience amazing each time we come.
I have never been treated so nicely by so many people, hard to know where to start, great food, white sandy beaches, rooms are beautiful, but nothing is too much trouble, we have been members since 2017, it is head and shoulders over the other all inclusive, its attached to Villa del palma same owners, same quality, but so full of charm and character. You will not be disappointed.
The resort as always was beautiful and clean. from the moment you walk in and you hear “Welcome home family” to the “See you next visit” you feel nothing but welcomed and the amazing gracious service. Enrique García was the best Butler and provided exceptional service. Any and all request were met with timely responses. “García” knew both couples in our group were celebrating anniversaries and he provided a special surprise in both suites. Dao and heir Michelin Chef did not disappoint and to top off the wonderful tasting and beautiful presentation of food - was the service provided by Pedro. His knowledge of the food and suggestions were on point. Pedro made us his specialty drink Goozie with roasted pineapple was amazing. The food was phenomenal. Fidel in the Gourmet Hall for breakfast was the “guy” to ask for - suggested by Pedro and he was amazing every morning. What a wonderful way to start the day and each morning he created a speciality cocktail to finish breakfast. Jimmy in Bocados was another waiter that Pedro suggested. We saved Bocados for Sunday night our last meal and who knows why we did something crazy like that, because the 14oz dry aged ribeye was perfection. The flavor was the best steak I have ever had. The appetizers were wonderful and beef empanadas words cannot describe. My hubby was won over by the display of the table made Cesar salad which won by presentation alone only to be topped by the taste. Needless to say we are sad leaving our “home away from home” this morning however having a place like Garza Blanca to look forward to come back to gives us something to be excited about. The spa services and hydro therapy were wonderful and a great way to have a mid week and last day treat. Freddie and Daniel were the beach concierge that García had lined up to save our personal cabana area ready for us on the beach every morning.
I can not tell you how over joyed we were to spend a few days with the wonderful people at Garza Blanca. The resort is BEA-utiful. The food, amazing. The staff, phenomenal doesn't seem like a powerful enough word. The staff spends their time making sure your stay is worth your hard earned vacation time and money. Amenities are plentiful. The pools are excellent, the beach area is clean and refreshing. Go there, get all inclusive, and experience the 5-diamond experience. It's worth it. If you get Javi as your personal concierge, tell him hi from me and know you are in excellent hands.
The butlers provided top notch service. They went above & beyond. They made my girlfriend’s birthday really special, & took care of all my dinner reservations It was a great experience. We truly enjoyed our stay
