“It is difficult to have a specific opinion. There are days when the swords arrive at all times and the meat is good, but there are days when they only bring small cuts and not of such good quality. I like to go often but it should always be the same.“

“From the minute we arrived we were catered to and assisted with checking in and settling into the hotel. Customer Service was great and our butlers Hector, Alexis and Jesus added the cherry to the top of the wonderful vacation experience. The food was sooo good from breakfast, lunch and especially dinners. Everything was delicious. We took advantage of the 24 hour room service and everything arrived promptly and the staff was always friendly. Each night there was a show ( MJ, acrobatics, circus acts, Rock Bands) and music or entertainment in the Smash Bar. The beach was amazing and the pools weer aplenty. There was even a Childrens area which my nieces and nephews enjoyed. Excursion and spa treatments were fun and relaxing. Thank you Hard Rock Cancun for the fun and the sun, we will definitely be back and special thanks to Hector, Alexis and Jesus for taking such good care of us, you made our trip soooo special.“

Totally surprising! All the cuts are of very good quality, prepared perfectly delicious, the salads are delicious and the rest of the bar too! The adult buffet is 189, beers 38, reservations are only required during the week.
Everyone's attention is impeccable, especially Miguel and Hector. We will continue to return very often, they have captivated us!“

We were happy, we made a reservation and they admitted us an hour before, which we were very grateful for, since it was a Saturday and there were a lot of people.
We ate super delicious, the clericot a little strong for my taste, but my family enjoyed it.
Bars full of food, salads and delicious desserts all the time.
Very happy with the service and food, recommended, if you can pay the price per person.
To be honest, it was a special occasion and the date warranted a delicious buffet, once a year, very good.

“Mauricio Santaella is one of the best in service!! Always attentive and willing! The dishes are super delicious and my top was that corn bread with ice cream. Please don't leave without taking a hell of a digestive! The reason for my 4 stars on the food is that I had to order the pineapple with cinnamon and it is not sweet ?. From then on everything 100%!
