The wings and the delicious mescalinas are very delicious.
Sometimes the service is a lot because everyone helps each other but at the same time they forget things. The rest is fine. Very nice view on the terrace

Ordered take out. Sliders, quesadilla and wings combo were great! (Altough 45 minutes of waiting time with practically nobody in)

- Minus: The caesar salad was literally only lettuce with a bit of chicken. No tomatoes, no avocado, no cucumber, no onion, no seasoning, no nothing, just plain lettuce! ??

Don't order the Caesar if you really want a salad. If you want to feed your rabbit get the caesar. ??

Terrible service and super basic food
The waiter Agustín Alfredo 8868, who served us yesterday, August 1, 2024 at 4:00 p.m., served us, the drinks were delivered super late, the food took 50 minutes to arrive, the waiter disappeared, at the end and ask for the bill, we decided to pay with my card, I mentioned to him that he should keep the 12% tip, which is not an obligation, and unfortunately, today I realized that he charged me 15% without my consent, which bothers me Action taken by the restaurant waiter.

PROFECO will know this.

Very bad experience

Everything is very good except for a few small details, the bathrooms are genuinely horrible, none of them work in the men's bathroom, they have a video game area, (Xbox consoles) the bad thing about these is that they did not have controls to play which is a bad point if you go with your friends.
Everything else, very satisfied with the waiter, he was incredible, always attentive to the table, nothing was missing, honestly, if he earns his own, the wings are very good and spicy, especially if you are very Mexican and you like to try chili since it is his specialty.

Food was absolutely terrible!
Ordered a DADDY Burger ? size was tiny and the chips were ANEMIC...not cooked properly and false advertisement on the website.
Worst food and not worth the money!

Ordered pizza for almost 10$ USD received smallest portion of pizza . Did not say anything about size on the menu , there was picture with 8-10 pieces of pizza on the digital menu. Came with 4 tiny slices. Asked about it to the staff but they don’t seem to be interested in any customer service or their complaints. Not worth the money or hype . Definitely not recommend.ordered burger for my partner and chips comes with it we’re all stale and soft.

Waited an hour and still did not have our food. Paid for our beers and left. Our waiter brought both appetizers and entrees to other tables he had that were seated after us. I speak very little Spanish but have had no trouble at other restaurants in Cancun. I do not recommend this restaurant for anyone that is not local. Terrible experience.

Reasons why you shouldn’t watch your team games or come to eat on Buffalo Wild Wings Cancun:

1. Portions are insanely small, I mean I know it’s a business but for the price definitely an abuse.
2. Quesadillas don’t even have cheese and tortillas where not even holding together of how overcooked they were.
3. Looks like they forget to put meat on the buffalo saucy sandwich and instead they put a super small chicken strip, basically microscopic, watch the pictures attached. According to the menu, the chicken had to be tossed with buffalo sauce, they just put the tiniest line of sauce I have ever seen in my whole life, and when we asked for a little bit more of sauce they said “sauce is extra”. Be aware that they consider buffalo sauce like a extra topping on the “buffalo saucy chicken sandwich”.
4. The plate where they serve the microscopic buffalo Mac and cheese ($209) was dirty even with the paint that they used to paint the building, not kidding and it was not part of the design, proofs attached.
5. And the last and the main reason why I wrote this (usually when a place is bad I try to avoid the bad comments just to don’t bother and don’t be that kind of person, but the way they threat us) we went to watch a football game, we where watching and then they put a family in front of us with very high seats, I kindly asked if there’s another way to seat them because they were blocking our vision, they girl I asked were very rude and told us, just turn your neck, theres another television on the side, the TV it was literally above us and we need to break our neck to watch. I mean I’m down to listen but the rude way to say it, speechless.
In resume, bad food for a lot of money, and bad service. Sorry guys but ?

Parking: It is inside the plaza, it has a cost, but there is enough space to park, perhaps one is not very close to the place but inside the plaza.

I gave this place another chance and nooo it's still horrible...
❌The hot and burnt beer
❌boneless dry and little sauce
❌ simple and very small pizza
❌ horrible mineral lemonade

Really look for other options to eat.
