I asked them for an invoice and I was very specific in the tax regime (they almost always put it wrong) and they put exactly what I told them not to put... there is also no hotline for these cases.
For a while I had only tried Mc Donalds and I was always disappointed with how it looks in the images and the final product... Until I was encouraged to try Burger King... I have never returned to Mc Donalds again
With all due respect to the franchise, I believe that due to its commercial credit, some establishments neglect quality. In my case, I requested a combo and the fries were cold, like they had just come out of the fridge. I requested change and received some hot but salty fries. I requested a change and they denied it. I asked to speak to the Manager, but he never came. Just take care of that, if you attend. Greetings.
