I have been a customer of St. Burger for approximately more than 3 years, particularly on Av 135, since Sonia is almost a neighbor and I really like their burgers, especially the Texan ones. Yesterday, for the third time, I ordered from the Palenque branch and previously and as always. nothing new in the quality and flavor, but yesterday they disappointed me by sending me an MC Donalds type hamburger...with the shabbiest bimbo bread...very bad. If there's one thing that differentiates them from the others, it's that the size of their burgers and taste was magnificent, but they've already fallen into the pattern of it's better to sell more than good quality. At least for me, the Palenque branch will be discarded from my list for lacking the quality that I am accustomed to. That is the beginning of the end of a business when they lower quality and disrespect their customers.
