I wish o could comment on the food, but I never got the chance to try it. I was waiting for my order for 30min, only to realize my order was ready for about 15min, just sitting there, getting cold... The chef was cooking while on the phone all the time and you all know how dirty a cellphone can be, for we got the tendency to take it everywhere (even the bathroom). Cause of this we decided to leave without getting our food. Such a waste of time

Honestly, they have always been one of my favorite burgers that I frequented a lot, but the truth is that the last few times the service has left a lot to be desired. I don't quite understand why they don't optimize it if sometimes there aren't that many people due to the time it takes for your order to be delivered (since they can serve you from the comfort of your car). Twice they forget my order when it was already placed, but they don't deliver it, until the wait gets longer and you start to get impatient (about 30 minutes on those two occasions). Eye! I still go there from time to time because they maintain the quality and that's honorable... the ingredients are fresh, the flavor of the meat is ideal (it's not greasy like in other places) with good cooking and the place is pleasant, follow the food truck concept. I highly recommend the Street Burger Xl and the parsley garlic potatoes are still my favorite of all the ones I've tried (even in other places) I hope they can improve their customer service regarding the delay time so that the ordering from the cart service is ideal. From then on everything was excellent.
