Miguel and Pancho’s service, professionalism, kindness and attention to detail were above and beyond what we normally expect to see in a restaurant. “Pardo Cafe Cancun MexicoThis is a really quiet and out of the way place away from the maddening crowds.I LOVE IT.I recently missed my flight coming back to the States and had to book a hotel in Cancun.I stayed at Mansion Giahn Bed & Breakfast which was an amazing place still stuck in the 1950's Art Deco era it seems.The kitchen was closed at Pardo Cafe Cancun Mexico due to COVID-19.So the owner Eduardo was kind enough to tell me about this Place Pardo.I stopped and got a Latte and ended up having a nice treat.I honestly do not remember the name of the dish I had, but it was simply amazing.Not overpriced either.There are photos on the wall of the child actor that played in the Mel Gibson movie APOCALYPTO.He is a local there and they are very proud of him.I suggest you find this place and support them.The two ladies that waited on me were simply fantastic!“
