Cambalache (Cambalache Cancún)

The service here is amazing, there are two or more servers helping you and keeping an eye on you at all times. Switching out plates and tableware frequently. The food is more than worth the price and the price is a bit less that other high end restaurants in Cancun. GREAT VALUE AND SERVICE, highly recommend.

This restaurant was highly recommended, and I understand why. From the moment you walk in, the ambience captures you. It's beautiful inside, and the people are so warm and welcoming. The staff that served us, led by German, were top notch. They were friendly, accommodating, made great recommendations and provided excellent customer service. The food, drinks and desserts were delicious. Great value too. Highly recommend and will return.

La calidad de los alimentos muy buena sin embargo todo lo sacaron antes. Los cortes, la verdura, las papas. Pésimo el gerente en un par de ocasiones nos vio solicitar ayuda y en vez de acercarse gritaba al mesero para ir atender, mientras hablaba por teléfono todas las ocasiones.

Food was ok. Not the best Argentinian restaurant but still a valid place to eat. At the time of the bill a 10% discount was not given. The waiter also ask for a mandatory tip of 15%. We are in Mexico and the tip is not mandatory especially the 15%

Cambalache is a family favorite for many years and never disappoints. Make sure you order the souffled potatoes and eat the basket! A little noisy at its current location at La Isla, hope the new location is a bit more intimate. Waitstaff did a great job as always and food is excellent and great for sharing.

The waiter took advantage of the fact that I didn't understand his language to rip me off on the tips, I paid in dollars and then gave me change in pesos, he had to take 15% or $10 from me and it was took $20, you are a thief and dishonesty always ends up turning against you, plus you were not friendly. Where to begin.....this place has an excellent wine list. It has many options to choose from.

The service was excellent, they are very attentive.

I highly recommend the Ceaser salad, they make the dressing from scratch right at the table while you watch. It is served on single large leaves of lettuce, which turns out to be quite helpful.

The brought out the specials of the day to the table for us to inspect before purchasing. The tomahawk steak looked amazing but we chose others instead.

We had the fillet mignon, ribeye, wagyu flack steak, and a wagyu sirloin. All of them were cooked to perfection, and were sliced by the staff on the table to ensure it.

My wife and I ate here 15 years ago when it was next door to senior frogs, and much smaller. I'm glad to see that they have been doing well and growing over the years. It's not hard to understand why. Highly recommended.
