En la terraza La música está en volumen medio y con los ventiladores hay que hablar fuerte, pero es el mood del lugar. La comida muy buena y el servicio muy atento. Pedimos torre de papas, son papas a la francesa súper finitas y bien sazonadas. El filete Chemita extraordinario, el chile en nogada de los mejores que he probado. El ribeye está bien. Y las mini burgers muy buenas. Lo mejor es el pastel molten y también pedimos pastel de chocolate, de porción grande y bien chocolatoso. Muy recomendable

Tacos were very small for the price. We only ordered tacos and soup & some drinks.

Not a huge bill.

I noticed a rib-eye steak on my bill @3.500 pesos “ who knows but double check your bill ???

I was visiting Cancun and I wanted to try Mexican food outside of the hotel atmosphere. While exploring Plaza Commercial Puerto Cancun I found CAO. I enjoyed the food and the service. The starter was unexpected and you can choose from no heat, medium heat, hot hot. The empanadas did not disappoint, but my eyes were longer than my stomach for the main. Reasonably priced and they were playing tasteful Mexican music which I enjoyed even though I couldn't understand a lack! There is a room upstairs to occupy the kids while adults eat if that's your thing. Would strongly recommend.

It was an overall good experience and the dinner was great. They were well equipped for non-Spanish speakers and were kind and attentive throughout the service. It is a little pricey but it was great food for my wife and I. The lighting is a little awkward… people had to pull out phone flashlights to read the menus. Good non-alcoholic drinks as well!!

It has a very pleasant atmosphere, the food was delicious except for the shrimp that could have had a little more flavor, the Alfredo pasta highly recommended with the melted cheese, a lot to be desired from the waiters, very little attention in the end they wanted to charge me a drink that I had not ordered, good attention from the hostess.

El lugar muy bien! Se acercan el gerente el no se quien y luego el no se quien, a preguntar si todo bien... sin embargo pides un refresyo un vaso con agua y tarda un aproximado de 3 a 5 minutos (siendo 5 el mas común) Están muy atentos en demostrar interés por el comensal sin embargo la eficiencia y rapidez no es lo suyo. Las porciones PEQUEÑAS

Very nice place, very delicious and fresh food and excellent service!
They also have a Kids club, 10/10!

The experience is very pleasant and pleasant. It has a wide variety of foods and without a doubt the best were the drinks that each have a different concept (I suggest asking for the book where the origin of each drink is explained).
As for the attention, it was exceptional, everyone was very kind and attentive.
I have gone with family and friends, the atmosphere is cozy, so there is no problem eating here as many times as necessary.

We came here just for some dessert and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was very chic and modern and there was a fun array of desserts to choose from. We ordered the corn cake and chocolate cake. Both were excellent! The chocolate cake was so decadent and rich: a real crowd pleaser. We ordered the corn cake purely out of curiosity and it was actually quite good! More of a mousse than a cake, and it tasted like corn but not in a bad way. I wish we had been able to stay for a full meal! The only downside was that we found the service to be quite slow but I think the staff may have been having a meeting or shift change while we were there. Either way, still an enjoyable experience!

I was disappointed, I had higher expectations.
We went to an inn with the company. I think they are not used to serving groups. Maybe with tables of couples or small tables they have better service.
There weren't many customers in the restaurant because it was raining a lot, which caught my attention that this is exactly what the service is like.
Not all diners had napkins on the table.
The food is good in taste and size but could be hotter. The waiters asked what we wanted to order but when the dish was brought down they didn't know what each person had ordered and there was confusion.
They took more than 15 minutes to bring the cocktails and forgot to bring them. So we had to order in pairs. I don't know if this was because it was an open bar that we had contracted.
The one who got him excited and seemed quick to pay attention was the captain of waiters, a young, skinny guy, I don't know his name. Also another waiter who was from Mar del Plata.
I thought it was good that we were able to take dessert because we were full.
I found the bathroom spacious and visually pleasing, very aesthetic in details, but they did not have toilet paper.

The food here was of real high quality. I have linguine Alfredo with shrimps and they were fantastic. My son had a meat dish (skirt something) and I can just recommend it. The meat was done to perfection and the seasoning was great too. We ate on the terrace and the view of the port was really nice. The only thing that disturbed me was that the waiters kept cleaning up the table or wanting to take dishes away even when you were not yet finished. I mean they meant well but I like to enjoy my meals and that attention just stressed me.

Pedí una bebida la cual no tenía buen sabor, le comenté al mesero y pidió que la cambiaran, al regresar tenía un sabor muy bueno y totalmente diferente a lo recibido al inicio. La razón de la visita fue porque estaba celebrando el cumpleaños de mi novio, hice la nota al momento de reservar y no hicieron ninguna mención del cumpleaños, y ningún tipo de celebración, solo pedía algo simbólico pero fue nulo; el mesero fue muy servicial y trató de cubrir las necesidades y estuvo al pendiente del servicio.
