I ordered takeout, it seemed like a different option to the traditional carnitas, however its flavor is 10!, something like smoked but without exaggeration and its sauces 10 out of 10, especially they have a red tree one that is delicious with a few touches of lemon and ready, a very good taco or pancake, it applies to everything, I highly recommend it, I didn't even have time to take a photo
