Carnitas Michoacan

Very nice place inside. Nice interior design. Food was ok. When I ordered a bottle of champagne, they told me they did not have that particular one available but there was another one $1000 pesos more expensive (no choice, I had to buy it)! There were only 10 people in the whole place during our 2 hr stay (Friday Sep 19th). Music a little weird from Mexico and too loud. Dessert was good and a large portion. When we asked for a box to take it to our Hotel, they said we have no boxes. So we had to leave our dessert almost complete at the restaurant because there were not boxes to go. We won't come back to this place!

They have good flavor, and above all fresh.

Also, they don't have gorditas or orange juice.
There is a sign that says to report it and that's what I do.
We also ordered a 1 carnitas taco and they really wanted us to eat it.

Is the most beautiful restaurant in Cancún, ir you are here you must tried, i went just because was a croos the street to my hotel, and was incredible, the Service of the waiters is very profesional, and all the staff is Over cualifed, than you ver u much Mono for made our visit very special . Highly recomended.

Second time in 2 days to this restaurant, a very special one, not to be missed.

Very small portions with a lot of sauce, they really wanted to tip, the staff was not at all friendly in Gran Plaza Cancun.

Worst service !!! The older waiter was extremly rude when you ask about any menu detail! He told me breakfast is 1500 pesos for you

And he started making signals to the other ones

This was a perfect little place to eat after a long day of hanging out in Cancun. Great tacos and nachos! Plenty of food was provided. Overall, great value!

Hicimos reserva en el restaurante para el sábado Jul 06, 2024 para 11 personas, el motivo, celebración de cumpleaños. Todo bien a la llegada la persona encargada de la puerta nos dirigió a nuestra. Cuando llegó la orden de pedir los alimentos, nuestro mesero no conocía bien el menu, ya que se le preguntaron algunas cosas del menu y llamo a una persona que supongo es su asistente o garrotero para resolver nuestras dudas, Pedí unos ostiones como entrada y cuando llegaron pedí salsa tabasco, estaba tardando en llegar...se le recordó como 3 veces al mesero sobre la salsa, para que a lo último me dijera que no había y me trajera salsa Valentina....casi al finalizar mis ostiones llegó con la salsa tabasco. Después pedí como plato principal unas costillas y me dijeron que podía elegir de guarnición entre pure de camote o sí quería podían ser papas a la francesa, cuando llegó el platillo vino con elote asado, y cuando le dije al mesero me dijo que no, que sí quería papas era con costo adicional, cuando eso no fue lo que me dijo al principio ya que de haber sabido hubiera ordenado las papas....al final le dije al mesero que estaba bien que me las cobrara y otraaa hora para que llegaran las benditas papas, casi cuando estaba terminando de cenar. Otro de los invitados pidió tacos de short rib, y era un taco de pura grasa, agarrabas el taco y escurría la grasa. A otro de los invitados olvidaron meter su plato fuerte y le llegó la comida cuando los demás de la mesa ya habían terminado de ser. En general servicio muy malo y eso que ERAMOS SOLO 2 MESAS!!!!, no me imagino el lugar lleno!!! Para show solo pusieron a una chica a hacer algunos malabares and that's it!!!! Precios extremadamente caros para la calidad de alimentos y servicio terrible.

Don't go, they are thieves, they gave me a ticket for a lower cost than because according to the waiter he forgot to add a dish, I paid with my card and they told me that I had a bad signal and that the charge had not been generated, so I paid in cash. and now it turns out that they did charge my card, they are thieves, the waiters are super rude, harassing and carried away, they stink of alcohol, terrible service, THEY NEVER PAY WITH A CARD, THEY DOUBLE CHARGE.
