Chambao | Kobe & Steakhouse in Cancun

Absolutely loved it here! The service was AMAZING and that atmosphere was great. Pedro and Lalo took GREAT care of my friends and I. Lalo offered to take our pictures and did a great job. The food was spectacular. 10/10 would recommend.

Chambao siempre es una buena opción para ir a pasarla bien, tienen un excelente servicio por parte de todos sus trabajadores y el ambiente que hay en los diferentes shows que hacen es buenísimo. Definitivamente vuelvo a ir.

Great food and service but prices are crazy. $175 for a small steak The show was short but the guitar guy was amazing. The view is great too. It is worth trying it once but bring lot of money.

Vista espectacular, la comida súper rica, el servicio excelente, en especial de Segoviano, Araceli y Samuel, nos atendieron de maravilla. Sin duda volvería cada vez que estuviera en Cancún.

Restaurante espectacular, la comida,el ambiente los tragos el show etc etc, full recomendado. fui con mis hijas de 3 y 8 años y la pasamos super bien. lo unico negativo que no nos sentaron en mesa viendo el lago

The staff was so great and excellent in servicing such a big group! They all got our orders correct, the food was amazing, and they provided and atmosphere that brought a great energy to our celebration! Would definitely come back again!

Let me start saying that we were had high expectations about this place, recommended by friends. Beautiful ambiance and sunset. That was the end of our enjoyment. The drinks and appetizers were very underwhelming for the price. The servers did everything they could to enhance the experience. We brought a very special bottle of wine from our cellar to enjoy with our main course. We left the bottle with the hostess when we arrived. The hostess never communicate with the staff or manager. When we finally asked if they could open the bottle, the manager approached our table to let us know they would not be able to accommodate us. He returned 5 minutes later and offered to open the bottle for $80 USD ( they don't have a corkage fee, he was going to charge us for the cheapest bottle at the wine list). We decided that we would not be taken advantage of and asked for the check. He was very polite and very sorry, but by that time we lost the desire to stay and celebrate our anniversary. There is so much more, but I think I said enough not to ever go back there or any of the Group Rosa Negra.

Muy bien ambientado el lugar, buenos shows, la cocina quedó a deber y los precios de los platillos como de bebidas y cockteles MUY altos para lo que recibes. Al pagar y pedir que cargaran el % de la propina, el mesero me respondió si cargaba un % mayor. Un lugar para visitar una sola ocasión. No volvería.

Very pleasant and fun experience, Alex and Erick were great! Rosanegra group has the best restaurants for a fun experience with delightful food. Be ready to spend over $200 if you're drinking! I've been to Chambao in Cabos and Cancun and both are great! We love the vibes here! Will always come back

I never write review, but this has to be the best dining experience we have had in a while. The service was above and beyond. The food was exceptional. Coming from the uk this experience would definitely be on my radar when I'm back.

We had a great experience at Chambao! The decor and ambiance of the Grupo Rosanegra chain is stunning. Very upscale bohemian as if you're in Tulum. Definitely dress for the heat if you're dining at Chambao - completely open to air unlike the other restaurants at Grupo. We started with the sea tartare, which was delicious. We decided to split the giant octopus, pear salad, and truffle mac & cheese. The salad is HUGE - could serve 4 people easily. The octopus was in fact giant and was a little rubbery, but overall very good. We took the brownie cheesecake to go - massive slice of cake. We had so many servers come over to our table to assist throughout dinner service and they were all lovely. We would definitely come back!

Reserve para el cumpleaños de mi hija y amigos, como eran chavos se aprovecharon de ellos los meseros y abusaron con la cuenta. Con engaños le servían agua y agua, Al final les hicieron una cuenta de pura agua de $900 pesos Que triste que hagan ese tipo de mañanas para cargar más a la cuenta. Muy lamentable

Amazing service and detail from front desk hosts and on. Francisco made the night feel relaxed even with the energetic atmosphere and all his recommendations were spot on. Come hungry and def get shots!

El mesero Pablo es muy amable y brinda excelente servicio. Pedimos un porterhouse qué cocinaron termino medio; sin embargo, estaba demasiado duro, tal vez demasiado magro o baja calidad. Por el precio fue completamente inesperado. Una sopa de cebolla "buena". En general el lugar es bonito, extremadamente ruidoso y la comida deja mucho que desear.

This restaurant had amazing views and the staff was attentive and helpful. The vibe was for whoever wanted to be there young, old or in between, we couldn't have asked for better. Our server Viri was incredible. We had the Tomohawk Steak & it was worth every dollar! Served with an experience!! I would visit other restaurants in different cities if the opportunity presents itself.
