? ANNOYING 08/10/2024 - REGULAR FOOD. BUT THERE WAS A RUDE AND MISEDICATED GUY WHO YELLED AT US BECAUSE WE DID NOT WANT TO PAY BY TRANSFER. That is my decision and as a client I felt uncomfortable with this situation in addition to yelling at it in front of other clients and their colleagues. THEY SHOULD IMPROVE THE SERVICE. EVEN THOUGH WE HAD THE KINDNESS TO GO AND PAY DIRECTLY THEY TREATED US LIKE THIS. And the chef-like owner didn't even give us an apology, much less the rude individual.

The waiting time is an eternity, up to more than 50 minutes, the service is bad, they are not well organized to prepare so many orders, the taste is not good, at least of the traditional meats, I tried the picaña and the meat was delicious, but the rest of the burger is unpleasant, the fries are all soaked in grease so they are all watery, the bacon is bad, not to mention that the children didn't even like the ketchup they gave us, it was like discounted, very bad. I would recommend that if you are looking for something delicious, avoid this place

Excellent and efficient service, they had given me an approximate waiting time of half an hour and I only had to wait half that.
Parking: It is easier to order by Uber (if they don't cancel your order), if you go to a local you wait 1 hour and a half for them to give you your order, the order is poorly organized, it is the second time I have had this incident.
