Cheester, located in Plaza las Américas, before reaching the Malecón. The place is a little hidden but it is easy to get to. The service at this establishment was very good, from the moment you step foot in the entrance they open the door themselves so you can access it. Just like from the moment we sit at a table, they come to your place to give you the menu and explain in detail the procedure for ordering there. It is a very colorful place, from the moment you enter the striking colors that appear in that place are very beautiful. Like the food, it is very delicious and 2 to 3 people can eat with one dish, since they are in large portions. Personally, the wait time for the food was good, it was around 15 minutes or less.
The place is very clean and with a good atmosphere from the moment you enter.

The food is very delicious and the dishes are very well served, but it is very annoying to have to download a complicated application to see their menu, order and despite that the service is bad!
It used to be good but now it's just ok but everything is going down.
From the beginning we knew what we wanted to order but the hostess barely forced us to download an app to order which is really annoying It's ridiculous that they don't have a physical menu, surely there are people who don't have a phone or data so why everything is online.
The server was kind but the hostess and the other guys were not very helpful, the walls and bathrooms are dirty, the place is lacking maintenance.
Food was ok but as stated before it was better before, pizza is more greasy and the flavor waters very sweet.

The QR code menu is fine, but they should also have a physical menu of dishes, since that makes the service terrible, because if they don't get your data you won't eat anymore.

To order they tell you that you must download an app that only works if you have an iPhone, it takes a long time to process the order, the waiters take a long time to come to serve you, the day I went we only had about 4 tables and even then everything was slow, at least they say a QR code for those of us who don't have an iPhone...the food was delicious, I tried a clericot that was very good, the detail is in the service

The truth is, the piece had eggshells on it. I told the waiter he said, "Let me go," and he didn't come back except when he had to collect the bill, not even an apology or anything, the dishes were in bad condition, the trash can was the same, the walls of the place were ugly, very bad experience.
