A buffet restaurant located in the main venue of the Grand Park Royal Cancun Hotel. No reservations required. At the entrance, please tell us your room number and we will guide you to your seat.Once seated, a person in charge will accompany you and bring drinks etc. After that, you can go to the buffet to pick up your favorite dishes.There's also a salad?, so I'm happy that I can eat a lot of vegetables. They also have fried rice, seafood, and petit cakes.The restaurant's breakfast is especially great. You can customize pancakes, omelets, and tacos to your liking right in front of your eyes.Personally, I love spicy food and am good at it, so I was expecting something unique to Mexico, such as habanero and jalapeno chili ?️ and coriander ?, but I remember that it was gentle enough for tourists' tastes, and there wasn't much spicy food. . (For dishes that are super spicy and use a lot of coriander, go to Centro ?♪)At night, they grilled delicious meat on the spot, and three mariachis moved to each table to listen to live music, so I really looked forward to it every day.You can choose to have breakfast on the terrace or inside. Personally, I preferred the terrace because I wanted to enjoy the view.However, please be careful as birds will come after the food if people leave the seats.Depending on the day, we would move to a party venue and provide a buffet-style meal with entertainment such as dancing on the stage and raffling off room numbers to win gifts, so there were days when I thought the store was closed. If so, please check with the concierge.It's great because you can enjoy what you like as much as you like. Mexican meat is so delicious ?It's not a restaurant that I was really scared of, but a restaurant that even small children can enter.However, I made sure to wear clothes that were not too casual.I saw many people around me wearing light clothing such as T-shirts and shorts.Restaurants I used a lot during my stay ?️I would love to come back again. The buffet menu could have more offer, however its taste and service are good.The waiters are attentive and give you attention even if they don't have your table in charge.

This is the main buffet at the Grand Park Royal. We ate here for breakfast and dinner. Standard hotel food.Breakfast is very noisy, I'd suggest eating outside. They have the usual breakfast fare. The service is the real issue, if you sit at a table without utensils, it can take a while to get some, ditto the coffee, one morning we had the time to eat our breakfast before we got a cup of coffee. And for some reason, no bacon.We prefered to eat at the Italian place for breakfast, quiet, but less choice.Dinner, it's ok, there was always rice, chicken, pasta, salads, service is better at night. Some hits some misses, there is always a theme and a made to order station. Not gourmet by any means, but standard hotel food rarely is. The taco set up outside next to the buffet has great tacos, but nothing else.

There are many dishes that just don't taste good. At breakfast the frijoles were very liquid, you can't even eat them with your fork, for a Mexican this could be considered an insult. The bread also was terrible, but the eggs that a guy made at the moment were excellent.At lunch, the pasta was really bad, and the guacamole didn't taste like avocado. On the other hand, the potatoes and the tortillas were really nice.The rest of the food was just meh. It is below expectations for a hotel of this category.

This is a great place to eat, the staff was so attentive and polite the food was delicious. It was casual attire and very comfortable.

AVOID Cocay Tours left us in a street after being just 1 minute late. No contact nor apology. They are always rushed to go home as quickly as possibly. Tiny van sped down the road at 120 km/h in the 60 km zones, we were jumping all over the place inside the van. UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

This is the hotel's buffet. It has a good variety, and I am not a fan of buffets, but they did a good job trying to please everyone. Highly recommend a table outside on the patio overlooking the pool and a view of the ocean.

Jesus Martinez took care of us several times at the Cocay restaurant. He provided excellent service and was very friendly. His great service and attitude made our stay at the Grand Park Royal that much better. Thank you Jesus.
