After my sister's civil wedding we went to breakfast with my family in La Chaya, the service was excellent, we ate hotcakes, chilaquiles, Motuleños eggs, fruit and delicious coffee. It is always a guarantee to eat at this place.
It was such an amazing, authentic experience. We wanted to explore downtown cancun, so we got on orange bus route2. It was a very nice bus ride,got to see some local shops from the window, and the driver dropped us at market28( don't confuse this for Mercado 28) local tourist trap with very high prices. A short walk of 7 mins bought us to Mercado28. You can haggle here,we bought some cool stuff and people were nice and pointed us to local food joint. EMPENADAS was the best...
Yesterday I went to the La Chaya restaurant which is located at Mercado 28 (Av Xcaret Mz13), this establishment is famous in this area not only for the time it has been open to the public but also for the variety of dishes that we receive to offer in addition to its delicious orange water with chaya, which is the best thing about this place
