We stayed there with 2 children amd nearby discos were so loud it was not possible to sleep until 2 am. Hotel staff was kind and helpful and we liked the layout of the hotel, just like Mexican movies. Breakfast was ok and of good choice. Good for people who like night life, but definitely not for families with kids.
My family and I are foodies and love to eat, drink, and learn about a culture Bartender Felipe was extremely friemdly and was great with drinks and conversation in espanol he went above and beyond to ensure our drinks was made to perfection and even memorized what we liked so that every time we came in we didnt have yo ask he immediately made our daquiries and mojitos just the waybwe liked astrid and mario made our time spent im the japanese restaurant superb astrid was very flexible...
Have just had the best 7 days at this hotel, the staff were all helpful and very friendly, I have to mention Oscar and Alfredo the barmen working at the pool bar, they were just the best, nothing was too much trouble
