Coffee Cake

I ordered a cappuccino, and they gave me a milk with coffee, it had no foam, it had no coffee, the most expensive glass of milk in my life, and there were no cakes. Why are they called coffee cake? Neither coffee nor cakes…. I feel cheated,

Or they sell Halloween decorations, which is the only thing they put effort into, every year they decorate the cafeteria with enthusiasm, I wish they would put the 25% of the effort they put into decorating for Halloween into the service and quality of what they offer.

I will be objective without being pretentious, or rude, and disrespectful. The coffee that they gave me was the color of a herb tea, as if it were a coffee tea. I kindly asked the lady that I wasn't going to drink that coffee if they could give it to me, a black coffee as everyone expects and it seems that it annoyed her and she brought it back to me a little blacker but still very diluted. I wouldn't go back there, they didn't catch my attention. The place was 100 percent empty and it was 4 pm. March 13. I felt like they took advantage of me. The coffee is always black, not meant to be "expresso", just a regular American black coffee.

My favorite place. So far I have had good service and they have been very kind to assist me, the first time I went they helped me choose a good coffee that would suit my tastes. It is a quiet, small but cozy place, highly recommended ??

It's 3:49 p.m. for the first time that I visit them and they tell me that they can't provide me with the service because they close at 4:00 p.m., no way they don't want to return....
