Overcharged is by 3x. Took advantage of tourists; wouldn’t recommend this bar to any tourists. They tried adding an extra round of drinks that we didn’t order to our bill (that was hand written and didn’t show prices) and told us they couldn’t cancel it when we told them we didn’t ask for that. Felt very taken advantage off and quite honestly upset. Don’t got here.

BEWARE RIP-OFF: We had two lemonades and one guacamole for about 180 pesos. However, he gave himself a tip of 50 pesos. That's almost 30%!! And there's no getting around it. Typical tourist trap

It's not a club and it's very hot. They have some fans that may help and they help in some way but if it's hot season you will surely sweat like a million. The drinks from the included bar are not very varied, but for the cost it is very good.

The most abusive behavior by a waiter, in Cancun. the tips are NEVER included, I passed my card to pay for the bill and the waiter auto assign his tip. The bill was $272, and he put himself $40. The service was mediocre and food less that average. We realized via another waitress that he never put our order in, that’s why it was delayed. It is a shame there are no negative stars

Horrible place. Don't go unless you want to have a really bad time. They rip you off with the price of drinks. The price is according to how they see you, whatever it takes to scam you. Almost 400 for a cocktail and with the cheapest alcohol and a kilo of ice.They never served us at the table and when we insisted to the waiter, he told us that our minimum consumption was 10,000 pesos so they could bring us food.We were only 2 people, absurd.In short, the worst place in Cancun Hotel Zone.

EVERYTHING BAD
Misleading advertising, the prices are not those that appear on the menu, each waiter invents the prices they want, they want to force you to consume the most expensive, they forcefully demand the tip when the service is deplorable
The worst place I have ever been to in Cancun, I hope one day they close this pathetic place.

Avoid at all costs. They will prey on you if you are a foreigner. They claim the receipt machine does not work and add a 20% tip without asking. The restrooms are disgusting and my gf and I immediately regretted eating food from there after seeing how gross the inside was ??. As soon as my gf and I left the table to go to the restroom they approached my 2 gringo brothers asking them to pay. Which they both don’t speak a lick of Spanish. Thankfully my gf is Mexican and we were able to figure it out more but they definitely do their best to take your money.

The waitress Karen, excellent service and attention, I would come again for her and the atmosphere.

The food was very delicious, the waiters were too disastrous, I was served by someone who treated me as if he were doing me a favor. The view and the food incredible!!

Avoid going to this place, the waiters always try to charge you more, they never want to give you the menu and make up prices, stop going because it's always fighting with the waiters because they want to charge you more, if you don't agree they treat you horrible. Avoid going to this place.

For some reason the waiters always change the price of the drinks. It is better to ask how much each thing you buy will cost, in addition to charging the tip on the bill.
