Crab House | The best seafood in Cancun

We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday at Crab House in Cancun, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a stunning view of the lagoon. The ambiance was elegant yet relaxed, making it the perfect setting for such a special occasion. The seafood was simply divine! We indulged in a variety of fresh, perfectly cooked dishes, and each one was more delicious than the last. The king crab and lobster were standouts, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable—our waiter went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter felt special, even surprising her with a beautifully presented dessert to cap off the evening. If you're looking for a place that combines outstanding food, top-notch service, and a breathtaking location, Crab House is the spot. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate. We had a wonderful experience at this place. The food was amazing, the service top notch, the flavors unique. We will 100% return and I absolutely recommend you try this place when you visit Cancun.

The BEST meal we have ever had. We travel annually and this was best! Alfedo and Ruby ( our servers) were the best!!

I would put it well and that's it. It is understandable that the prices are high due to the type of food offered (lobster, crab legs, etc.) but it is not the best seasoning; neither the main dishes nor the accompaniments. My lobster came with dry pasta. The dessert, which was a cheesecake with red berries, looked good, but it was still very dry. Hot soft drinks (they give you a glass with ice). In short, you pay well and expect the same and at least on my visit that was not the case.

I have been coming to Cancun for a little over 35 years. I have owned property here in Cancun for 26 years. I have fully lived here for 6 years, I was here before and was very disappointed however gave them a second shot after many years. Again was VERY disappointed, 3 adults 2 iced teas, 1 lemonade, 3 salads which the house salad was not fresh and crispy, ceaser salad which pretty much all of Cancun has very good and authentic salad. one appetizer mini crab cakes (3) the size of mini golf balls. Ordered the 450g of King crab legs they had 2 choices 225 or 450g. We ordered the 450g the waiter said $3,900 pesos. Thinking it would be enough for 3 adults. It literally came out and it consist of one and a half legs!!! The place had 3 tables sat including our family. The bill came to $325usd! That was with our local discount. Will Never go back would NOT recommend. Way overpriced for food that was not that great. To many AMAZING and good restaurants in Cancun to go to! Choose another place to eat.

Only giving 4 stars because the service was impeccable. The food, however, was not that great. My kids got the shrimp alfredo and the shrimp was pretty overcooked. I had the Crab House Shrimp and while the flavor was good, the shrimp was also a tad overcooked and parts of the bacon on the outside were so charred that it hurt to chew. The guacamole was very good and their Caesar salad (made tableside) was also authentic and delicious if you like a pretty strong dressing. Overall, we were 1 of 3 tables seated in the entire 90 minutes we were there and the restaurant next door was packed. I wouldn't go out of your way to eat here.

We were served by Ivan and Mauricio. The service was amazing! They were attentive, friendly, and polite. We ate risotto for the first time with lobster and it was sooooo good! Highly recommend.
