I live next door and the truth is before it was very good, but over time the quality went down a LOT. Less and less product is becoming more expensive, and it doesn't seem thick or ice cream at all. I hope they improve this franchise soon, since it used to be very good before.

I went here on the Sunday afternoon. Happy to find something being open. Good and quick service with food at the quality one expects from this kind of establishment the floor could've been cleaner.

The ice creams are very good, my only drawback comes when there are times when people gather and two people sometimes can't handle the entire line and there are people who get desperate and leave. It is not the kids' fault but rather the poor administrative management that does not hire more staff. In general, the place and food are excellent.

Delicious product offering. However, the store only employs 2 people in the service, which is reflected in a long waiting line, since delivery people and regular customers serve. Employees cannot cope with so much demand even though they try. During high traffic hours they should have more staff.
