Dominos tastes practically the same everywhere. One would think that because it is a hotel zone there would be better attention and service. Every time I order here I get angry.

The pizza, the chicken wings with mango habanero sauce and the cheesy bread (to be dipped strictly in the marinara sauce) were excellent, the service perfect and the environment pleasant, just a few meters from the beach.

Bad customer service, they don't answer the calls, and when they answer they tell you to wait and after a while they hang up on you, and if you get them to attend to you, the pizza takes more than an hour to arrive and they sell it to you at an overprice!

The delivery time was the biggest letdown. I placed my order at 7:00 PM, expecting the usual 30-45 minute wait. However, my pizza didn’t arrive until almost 9:00 PM, nearly two hours later. This delay was incredibly frustrating, especially since there was no prior notification about any potential delays when I placed the order, and location was about a 5 minute drive. Wings were good but were the size of my pinky.

I ordered from the Hotel, I thought it will be better and more convenient , after 1hr I called, food on its way!, after 2hrs I went there, just a few blocks away. Well, the address in goggle maps is wrong, they are next to El Kpaz, if you want to find them. They need better planning and organization.
BTW, they don't have an online order set up in their webstore, they use the Uber Eats system, but actually is their scooter drivers who do the delivers. Is not that Uber Eats doesn't work, they are bad at planning the trips, there were 3 drivers when I was there, the last one that arrived, had my pizza, my Hotel is less than 2min drive from there, he could have dropped my order and continue to wherever he was going.

Terrible home delivery service, the delivery man arrived about an hour late without the pizza and then returned about 20 minutes later and it was the most expensive pizza I have ever eaten because my daughter got sick to her stomach and vomited, don't eat there

They take advantage of the fact that tourists come with money and announce different prices, they don’t give change, they don’t give a receipt. When you say that this is not normal ?, they throw a scandal. They told me the price was 150 pesos more... When I said in Spanish you what Are you taking me for a fool who doesn’t see prices? that the prices on the menu were different, their attitude had changed and the workers were not natives.
