If they know they have a lot of orders, they should hire more staff to provide a good service, and the pizzas don't cost 2 pesos.

I have no complaints about the food, however the service and attention are deplorable. I spent 10 minutes at the counter watching my pizza ready and without being able to receive it, lack of staff and the few staff there are have no sense of customer service.

They can't handle special events at a final, if you make a purchase through the app, they don't track you, yesterday I ordered a pizza, and I understand that there is a long waiting time for delivery, but they call you after 2 hours and a half to deliver the service is already a mockery, I understand that they take care of their delivery staff, and that is very good, but by speaking people understand each other, and they could have communicated with one and to request more waiting time, and when you spoke yesterday to phones blocked as out of service, the best thing they can do is close their stores during special events, because the truth is they can't handle the package, a large global company, they can't handle home delivery services.
