They close before the indicated time with the excuse that there is no more material to make the pizza when I am clearly seeing that they are already cleaning 30 minutes before closing time to leave as soon as the time is given. They do not respect the service hours in a good franchise, the box is closed until the last customer who arrived within the hour leaves.

The worst customer service ever!
You call and they leave you hanging on the call, they don't even put you on hold so you aren't listening to their conversations.
You hear that they are not working and if you don't hang up, they leave you waiting until you do.
