The service is terrible. We ordered the pizza two hours ago and it hasn't arrived. The delivery man called us laughing asking where the address is and when we called him again he hung up. We called the branch and the lady kept me on hold to see what happened with the order, so that in the end they told me that the delivery man forgot the potatoes and was going to return. Terrible customer service and communication between the staff, we gave the lady all the address information and the delivery man only received the name of the residential area. I wouldn't be surprised if the pizza arrives cold after two hours. The delivery man takes as long as if he had eaten the pizza and told us that he gave the pizza to someone else ?

Dominos is my favorite pizza chain. The truth is that their dough is good (although sometimes drier than others) and the ingredients continue to maintain their quality. They follow their standard quality and that is why they are my most reliable option.
Unfortunately the last few times I have gone the customer service has not been the best. Although they treat you with respect, there is not much patience to explain to the customer about the promotions and when you go somewhere to order food it is always pleasant to be received with a smile and good attention.
I hope they can improve their customer service, the wait is standard (about 15 minutes) so that's great!!
Eye! The atmosphere is pleasant, it is clean and you can feel the proximity for pizza lovers. ?
Of course, the distribution of the tables should improve, there are only 3 small ones and one long one.
I highly recommend a pizza that is a test of rajas with green sauce. I wasn't a fan of the sauce, but the truth is, the dough feels fresher and with the touch of butter, ufff, it's incredible along with the rajas.

The service is terrible, the girl who takes the order is not patient at all, if they are bored with their work or with the people who ask questions, well, don't work there, and it's relaxing for everyone. They are there, it takes hours and everyone, even the delivery people, get into the fatal preparation area. The service seems like a very rude school. The girl who serves there, hire people who, if they like customer service, and hire more responsible people.
It's a Domino's like any other, average quality, average service, I wouldn't buy anything without a promotion, it's not worth the price, and the last two times I ordered by phone they brought me the wrong pizza but it was free pizza for me.
