Terrible service, this is the second time I have spoken and if the address is not right, they cannot take your order. The ones who serve are rude. A month ago I spoke and they told me that they did not have any options near Paraiso Maya. Who understands that they do not feel like working or why? What do those types of people allow to provide the service I spoke to today and they can't help me. Take the order, why is the address wrong if I am dictating it to you from my receipt and it is wrong, horrible service.

It is a terrible service, I don't know why they sell by application if they end up saying that the area does not correspond to them, we have been waiting for more than 3 hours for the order to arrive and much less provide a solution.

I placed my order and spoke up to 4 times, my pizza never arrived, they told me it was because the delivery man is new. And since it was new, I had to add it to WhatsApp and send my location. Those are your policies Domino's because my address is. It has only happened to me in Mayan paradise.

The girl who serves you at the checkout serves you in a bad way, poorly faced and despotic. You order a pizza and they don't serve you. The cashier in the kitchen is harassing you. A lot of chatter and bad customer service. I barely went on Saturday, June 29, 2024. Everything was going excellent. until it was finished Adomicilio 2 pizza for $299 WELL THIS IS WHAT THE CASHIER TOLD ME I ALWAYS ASKED FOR THAT PROMOTION HAS HIRA I REALIZED THAT IF I WANT IT LIKE THIS I HAVE TO GO TO THE BRANCH TO LOOK FOR IT

They just stole my Uber Eats order, I called and they were very rude, they hung up the call, I paid 659 pesos and they marked as
The order was completed, and they didn't send anything, I don't recommend ordering there
And even more cynical, they were 10 minutes from the location by motorcycle and still 2 and a half hours to tell me they completed an order that never arrived
All of us who have been robbed can do something about it.
Respect so they don't do it anymore
