Tragedy. I ordered two grande pizzas in Mexico. They brought one with the ingredients not what I ordered. And on top of that, there was a delay of 40 minutes. Tragedy. The place I ordered from was Domino's Puerto Cancun. The guy doesn't even want to talk and pretends to be stupid. Ordered via Uber and Uber is no better and doesn't even offer any help options. To help you in such a situation, he's just looking for ways to get money. Tragedy, tragedy. Avoid this place like the plague. They finally delivered the missing pizza after another 30 minutes.

They are useless. They made a mistake with my order and it took longer than it was supposed to.

Worse place ever. Waited over an hr for my order and they only brought 1/3 of it. Do not order from here.

I had entered an online order and went to pick up however when i hot there the manager was taking an order on the phone. I saw my pizza coming out but after the manager got off the phone he rudely told me there was someone in front of me whose order was not out of the oven. He took care pf that persons order then waited on me to give me my now cold pizza. He thought because I was a tourist he could treat me this way but actually we are residents and ones that will not do business with Dominoes in the future.

The place was supposed to open at 12:00 pm, we arrived at 12:10 and they told us that they would be there in 15 minutes, after waiting 17 minutes when we went to order they warned us that it would take another 18 minutes to deliver the order ( 1 pizza), as many places are not interested in providing good service.

Terrible shopping experience, the pizza because if they didn't have a recipe book they would do it with their feet due to everyone's very bad attitude, there is a short guy who has a face that you don't even want to see, they should change their staff.

It's not possible that they don't have ketchup for something so basic to pizza! They made a mistake in your order, and furthermore, they have the audacity to tell you because you couldn't decide? it's clear! The service is terrible, some faces and the treatment is good, not to mention! And whatever it costs. It's not free !!! Be careful with your staff!!!!

The pizzas are always very good, the pan pizza is my favorite, however, they should have better control over the people they hire, they have a disastrous service, those who serve you are very despotic, the truth is that it makes you want to never go back to buy there because of the poor service that their staff has. Very bad there.

I don't know of worse service. There have been several times that they don't bring us pizza and we are left without dinner. I also had to order it through the app because we dial and they leave the phone off the hook or when we say we want to order at home they hang up on us.We ordered a pizza at 10 pm, it didn't arrive, we dialed and they told us that now that the delivery man returned they would deliver it to us. It never arrived and they no longer answer the phone because it is already 11:20 and they have already closed.

Beyond what could be said about the quality of the food, which was acceptable and what could be expected from Dominos, the service is barely functional. They attend reluctantly, because they need to perform functions that justify the salary in some way, but do not expect more than that.
