Visited April 2024 - The half grilled chicken is probably the best dish on the menu, really tender and juicy chicken and well cooked. The other dishes are hit and miss I'm afraid, a bit unbalanced or lacking flavour. Even though we visited twice during a quiet period, the service was a bit slow between dishes, which may have been because of room service orders but still a bit too long for dine-in guests to be waiting. The staff are all really friendly and kind and happy to talk through anything on the menu, so nothing to fault there. The prices are high, but that is to be expected of Cancun and hotel dining, the portions aren't small but some dishes could be a bit bigger considering the price.

We had the linguinis Frito’s del mar, it was really poor quality, 3 mussels, hard chewy rubbery prawns and no sign of the clams, prawns obviously frozen, we then asked for a wine list, the waiter asked if we wanted red or white and he came back with no list but 2 bottles of white, we chose the pinot grigio and as he was about to pour I asked how much and he replied $370 pesos, politely refused. Cannot recommend.

Food was nice, service was basically good. Until the waiter got a bit angry about 15% tip. He was expecting 20-25%. Unbelievable people should be thankful about receiving a tip.But absolutly 5 stars for the ambiance. Great live music, and nice place right at the beach.Prices are rather high for the provided quality of food and drinks.

The omelet was wonderful and delicious.I found it interesting that the cooking (seasoning) was different depending on the chef.I never got tired of it even if I ate it every day.Of course, the other dishes are also top notch for this type of buffet style restaurant.The fruit was also fresh.The daily soup may have different tastes, but I enjoyed it every day.Oceanside seats have a great view, but you have to be careful about sand flying in on windy days.but,Even at times like these, our employees worked hard to prevent this by spraying water on the beach.?One word to all the very dedicated, attentive and hardworking staff.
