Our server, Mario was a 10 out of 10 gentleman and waiter. He provided amazing recommendations for my vegetarian dietary needs. I hope that his boss Sergio is proud of him and gives him a hefty raise for the amount of fantastic service and energy he brings to the dinner table every night.our compliments to the chef Gustavo for some great Ramen, miso soup, and deep fried plantains.

Order food and it comes out an hour and a half later. If you're really hungry, just go to the buffet and eat. The food comes out late. The atmosphere is good. Even if you order alcohol, it takes forever. It was the worst in many ways.

It's quite good. The taste of teriyaki duck is very similar to the taste of sweeter roast duck slices. It's still delicious. The Mongolian beef is also pretty good and sweet. The portions are very small, you can order more.

How stupid is the dress code, why wear long pants if we are on the beach, they took me back to my room on the other side of the hotel to change and when I returned they didn't want to let me tidy up because as they closed the kitchen, and the most ridiculous and annoying thing is that other “gringos” were let through without any pretext, a horrible experience

This is part of the resort's all-inclusive feature, but it lacks the inclusivity when you have small children. They have a height limit and won't allow you to dine if your child is below that height. It wouldn't be a big issue if they offered multiple dining options, but they only have two other restaurants available (all of which require reservations).The food did not meet our expectations. Coming from the food capital of the world (New York), we are very critical when it comes to food taste. The quality of food here doesn't even compare to that of a 2-star venue in New York.

The truth is that the restaurant is very well decorated. Not being a specialist (not even close) in Asian food, I cannot rate it. I thought it was very good and according to my friends, it was excellent. It's inside the Grand Royal. Unfortunately, we did not repeat it to have an in-depth opinion as if we did with other restaurants in this hotel. Clearly what needs to go.
