The place is hot, the air conditioning is insufficient.
The old, battered and dusty furniture
I definitely didn't stay to eat.

Excellent place, everything perfect; from the attention, continuing with the variety of dishes and their quality, any dish you order is excellent!!

Terrible service, terrible food, I predict total bankruptcy
The food was good, however the service was not the best; the waitresses somewhat dispersed with the service. There are times when they didn't show up because they were talking to the bartender. It seems to me that the service can improve if they train and discipline their staff.

Bad experience! The Chef and his diner friend literally insulted us (they were 3 tables away) for not having appreciated their food. In addition, they charged me for the dish that I only touched because it didn't seem to the chef when there was clearly something bad in the dish... To make matters worse, he only insulted me from afar because he never showed his face or approached the table to try to resolve the displeasure over the dish... The rest of the food was good, nothing out of this world... But for a worker to do something like that is unheard of...

The menu is small but sufficient. Very high prices. The food is good but in relation to the price it should be better. The restaurant is very good.

The food was very good, the atmosphere was very calm, but the waiters spent a lot of time talking, I asked for a serum and they brought the mineral water, when I reminded them kindly, they made a face, went for a glass with lemon/salt and emptied the ice on the table and mineral water that had been served in the other, splashing the table, we had to look for them to take the order, we had to remind them that we were out of water, we had to interrupt their conversation at the reception to ask for the bill. We understand that these are dates of unity and tranquility, but if they only had 2 tables open, it was easy to attend and be on the lookout.

Amazing food and unbelievable service. The service staff were accommodating and patient while we studied the menu, which was challenging considering how good everything looked. Receiving a personal visit from the chef was a treat and his warmth and passion for his food was beautiful.

Bad experience. It's the first time I've gone to a restaurant and they've denied me a table without giving me an appointment, even for an hour. Unprofessional receptionist with little desire to work. I was going to try this Spanish food restaurant, but the truth is, I haven't tried it nor will I try it. Fortunately there are many food options in Cancun with very good service. Adéu Tonelero!
