Seating in the huts over the lagoon was amazing ... it's a MUST DO experience when you visit Cancun!!! Food and service were also great! La Isla is the perfect location for this one of a kind dining evening out!
We were happy to find a location that service Indian food very close to the Westin Lagunamar. The location is charming, and we had a great table in a private “room” overlooking the lagoon Our server was wonderful and explained some of the dishes we were not familiar with. We had our favorite- Chicken Tikka Masala , and tried a beef curry , which wasnt quite as good as the Tikka Masala. We started with spring rolls and chicken satay which were excellent. We family of six had dinner recently had a dinner at Elefan Thai. The restaurant was empty & peaceful, the service was attentive, and food was delivered as ordered and on time. The menu did not have Thai items we are accustomed to find in a typical Thai restaurant. The Indian items on the menu did not taste as well as Indian food should. Water droplets fall from the trees from the previous rain and few insects were seen in the air.
