We loved going to Ember in Cancun. The food and service were outstanding! We had a Shabbat meal at the restaurant and ordered Shabbat food for another meal which was delivered to our hotel. Ember kosher went out of their way to give us phenomenal service and cater to what we needed. Special shout out to Carlos and the delicious avocado salad/dip!
I would definitely return here!

The food was excellent. The ambience was very beautiful and the service was wonderful. Our waiters name was Pedro. He was very attentive. He took care of every detail and I give up. I give this restaurant five stars and Pedro 10 stars! Definitely plan on eating here again!

Lovely atmosphere, friendly and impeccable staff. After a long fast day it was nice to be far from home enjoying an amazing meal with great drinks. Ask for Pedro as he knows the good stuff! Don't forget if you like spicy, ask for the house jabanero sauce. I love spicy and it hit just right!

Stay away! They’re not honest! I ordered an EXPENSIVE SHABBOS PACKAGE AND LOTS OF FOOD WAS MISSING UPON DELIVERY. YES THEY EXCLUDED Some of the stuff FROM THE PACKAGE AND OTHER THINGS were SPOILED!! Inedible !
Thats right - the food showed up with lots of things MISSING that was supposed to be included! Yes- as per their advertisement and the initial ordering -phone conversation I had with the staff I was supposed to get much more as part of the package.
When I reached out to complain and request a refund I got the runaround! First the manage blamed it on the waiters and told me they will have to compensate me
But ultimately they started to ignore me ! And -They refused to compensate me even one penny!
Oh and for the record a lot of the food that DID arrive was such a TINY amount ! Not even one portion !!!
It’s a Scam!
There are other really nice kosher restaurants to visit and order from in Cancun ! I recommend you choose one of those!

I was going to Cancun on July 4 weekend and made an order for Shabbat and paid $140 , my flight was canceled because of hurricane, I called and asked for money back 3 days before Shabbat they keep ignoring me and not returning my phone calls
Please refund my money. It’s not nice for Jewish people to do that.
