I loved everything about it until the bill came. I always tip 20% or more, but it was very awkward. One guy was shining a flashlight on the credit card machine and the bill and the other guy was asking me how much I wanted to tip in front of the waiter. Again, I always tip 20% or more, but it felt like a pressure tactic and I think a lot of other people would feel uncomfortable about that. It was very strange. They had a typical terminal where you should be able to input the tip yourself, but they weren't letting me do that. It was really really unprofessional and strange. Just to make the point, I'm in my 50s with 5,000,000 miles traveled and I have been to over 60 countries and many many Michelin star restaurants so it's not like I'm an inexperienced diner.

La mejor experiencia culinaria de mi vida, la atención desde la entrada, el servicio de todo el staff fue excelente.. La comida es brutalmente deliciosa.. Sin duda alguna el mejor restaurante de Cancún en todos los aspectos !!

El lugar es muy bonito, muy estético, el ambiente padrísimo, el servicio de los meseros, el gerente, la hostess muy bueno. La comida riquísima, el show está de woow, me encantó el lugar, sin duda un lugar al que volvería cada vez que visitará Cancún

The overall experience was fun and entertaining! They had multiple times were they involved everyone and we got sparklers! The wait staff was very helpful. Loved everything just wish they had a wider selection of food options. Food was good but could be better.

en mesero, de entrada me comentó que no había tacos que no había ensaladas, que no había mucha comida disponible y la verdad para un restaurant de esa categoría y de ese precio si van a dar ese servicio, no vale la pena ni siquiera tomarse el tiempo de averiguar si es bueno o no, no volveré por ningún motivo, hasta que tengan llena su despensa y puedan ofrecer lo que viene en la carta.

It was a great place to celebrate my birthday. It was very energetic, great music, food and show. The drinks were not the best, but other than that, I loved the place and will definitely come back any time.

I was so disappointed last night. The show was a joke literally for less than 5 mins. I got a better show with my hotel than this. Food wasn't good and service was sooooo slow and chaotic. We had a much better experience at Harry's instead.

TERRIBLE SERVICIO. Los precios no estan claros, ponen unos precios en la carta y a la hora de cobrar ponen mas. El mesero un mentiroso. Trajo botellas de don julio, nos dijo que cada una estaba $200 dolares, al momento de pagar nos cobro $300 dolares. Despues $130 dolares en agua, cuando de cortesia se dice cuanto cada botella esta, nos servia agua y con la misma botella servia a otras mesas. Terrible servicio. Nada se resolvio, el cliente no importa en este caso. Cuando habian mas de diez personas de testigo. Dejare saber a todos que este lugar es terrible.

La comida Excelente con un esquicito sabor ,un menú muy extenso para toda la bariedad de gustos ,El ambiente maravilloso asiendolo sentir agradable para pasar un día muy especial ,un espectáculo muy maravilloso y espectacular en general un Excelente lugar para cenar y pasar muy buen tiempo.
I truly enjoyed my experience here! Upon entering I was greeted immediately with a smile and sat promptly. Elio, my server, told me the show was starting in a few minutes and brought me down to the mariana. The show was amazinggggggg! Elio gave some great recommendations, never let me refill my own water glass and kept the drinks coming! He was very attentive and did everything with a smile. I cannot wait to return!
I came to celebrate my 32nd birthday , I came alone but didn't feel alone the staff and guests made me feel very welcomed they are a vibe here at Rosa negra I highly recommend everybody to come and vibe here it's so much fun the food n drinks are immaculate and may I not forget o mention the amazing live performances with the fire was the cherry on top. May I also not forget to mention that the aesthetics was out of this world amazing my pictures came out beautiful.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Rosa Negra, and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Let's start with the food. Mediocre is an understatement. The dishes were bland, unimaginative, and utterly forgettable. It felt like no effort was put into the preparation or presentation. I've had better meals at fast-food joints. Now, onto the price. For the quality (or lack thereof) of the food, the prices were nothing short of extortionate. I couldn't believe how much they were charging for such subpar fare. It's as if they believe they can mask their culinary inadequacies with a hefty price tag. As if the disappointing food and outrageous prices weren't enough, the service was abysmal. The staff were inattentive and indifferent. I had to wait an eternity to place my order, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. Getting a simple glass of water felt like pulling teeth. The waitstaff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to their customers. Overall, Rosa Negra was a complete disaster. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save your money and your time—there are plenty of other places where you can get a decent meal without being ripped off and treated poorly.

Muy mala experiencia. No hay condiciones para personas de la tercera edad. El servicio es muy malo. Los alimentos llegaron fríos. No cuentan con las cervezas que anuncian en el menú. El mesero que nos atendió tenía pésima actitud. La cuenta tenía cargos de alimentos que no llegaron a la mesa. No lo recomiendo.
Este restaurante es el mejor que existe en Cancún.. El servicio es demasiado bueno desde que llegas al lugar, hasta que te retiras.. El staff siempre está atento a tus necesidades y brindan el mejor servicio que te puedas imaginar La comida es brutalmente deliciosa, (recomiendo el pulpo colosal) y su Mixologia es fantástica y deliciosa. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo y por supuesto que regresare pronto
