Hamburguesas el Enjambre, also known as Cocina Abierta, has had its ups and downs since its opening, but currently seems to be in a great phase. The service is impeccable and the food is excellent, although some may miss the ice cream they used to serve. However, there have been complaints about loud rock-metal music during dinner hours, specifically at 9 pm, which was unexpected and uncomfortable for some customers. Additionally, there have been issues with certain menu items, particularly the "chamorro", not being available on two separate occasions. It is inconceivable that a restaurant would not have all items listed on the menu.
