Hard Rock Cafe Cancun

This is the worst Hard Rock Cafe I've been to. Location is amazing, as it is right on the beach and thats where it stops. The beer was flat. They didn't have ribs, so they recommended surf&turf. The steak was an awful cut, very chewy - couldn't eat it. My husbands mashed potato was lumpy. The service was good, but unfortunately the product disappointed the brand. I wrote on the note that is was my husbands 40th birthday, and if they could sing for him(they sang in Rome on my birthday), but that didn't happen. I would not recommend.

We all miss what the old, classic HRC was, but it was good, good times with my family! We went to celebrate my parents 57th anniversary and the staff prepared a surprise for them and a photo singing and with guitars! The food was ok, and the drinks very good!

Excellent store to buy some brand souvenirs

Went for dinner asked to medium steak seared and we got med rare. They took it back tp recook the same meat and some areas were med but center was still raw. Drinks are not refillable and they don’t tell you so I was charged for 3 unsweetened ice teas unfortunately. The server was very nice and attentive and the access to the beach was fun . Spent $88 for steak drinks and chicken fingers. It’s very chaotic at the front of the entrance and hard to find the parking lot. But overall it was ok.

It has lost the spirit of what it was in the past. Average food, below of average service and you know, it’s a shame that a place with very good name it’s attended so poor. BTW the chicken in the pasta we ordered was spoiled, they changed it but….

The food is good but the staff seems to be in a hurry for you to leave. The place was practically empty and the whole time they were rushing us to finish. The separate store did not have caps or t-shirts (not one) which is one of the things why one goes to that place. I had been before but now I would think twice before going there on my next vacation, it was one of my favorite places in Cancun, today; not anymore. :-(

It was horrible, the burger was very bad the steak tasted bad, the cheese too, the bread was falling apart and tasted like moisture. INFECT!! My father and I are fans of hard rock cafes in other countries, this one was the worst we have ever had. My dad even went and threw up in the toilet afterwards. For my part, I had a stomach ache for 2 days.

Super food x. The service is bad, bordering on terrible. The food took a while to come out and many orders came incorrectly.

It was very hot in the place since they only have two mini splits. Nothing to do with what it was before, it no longer feels like the Hard rock of before. It's no longer that giant place with the giant stage, two floors and that rock atmosphere.

Now everything is colorful, the food lacks flavor, the service is bad. Sadly it's not the same and we don't plan to return. It is sad to see that place where many of us went as children die little by little.

The restaurant is acceptable, it could improve but fame helps.

Go when there is live music from Thursday to Sunday, average food, high prices

My family and I just ate here on July 23rd. The restaurant was basically empty. The ac wasn't working it was so hot. The service wasn't terrible. Food cold and dryed out. It was a huge disappointment, especially because we were celebrating my daughter birthday. Then, I received the bill. 3 meals 1 appetizer 3 drinks. My bill was $180, $200 plus after tip. I will warn everyone about your restaurant.

Nearby activities: Go anywhere else. Lots of stuff around.

Safety: No air conditioning

Food & drinks: Horrible cooked and cold and dry food.

I was in the cafe and sadly it is no longer what it used to be, the service was exceptional, but the menu was no longer what it used to be, and the worst thing was there was no takeaway glass with the Hurricane, I only ordered beer

The staff is really nice, but that’s pretty much it.
There was no A/c in the dining area so it’s very hot.
Do not get the salmon, it came burnt and tasted old/frozen. The quality is not there
