Harry's NEVER disappoints! We have celebrated two anniversaries here and each time they make the experience so special. The service, the food, and the views are impeccable. Definitely will be returning next time we travel to Cancún!

From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like VIPs. Every detail was attended to with care, and the attentiveness of the servers was like nothing I've ever experienced before. The staff was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also genuinely warm and personable, making sure that every request was met with a smile and precision. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was the perfect wine pairing suggestion or the seamless way our courses were delivered, everything was done with finesse. It's clear that Harry's Steak House values top-tier service, and it's worth every penny. Dining here feels like a luxury experience, not just because of the food, but because of the impeccable way you're treated from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Harry's as always is the best of the best , we are locals in Playa del Carmen but take the drive (1 hour) to visit this Harry's because it's that good. Never ever disappointed and last night as an extra bonus they had some of the best musical talent that made for an old school super club vibe. My favorite spots in LasVegas are not better than what you will find here.

My family and I recently dined at Harry's Steakhouse and raw bar to Celebrate my daughter's 21st in Cancun, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was simply amazing—perfectly cooked seafood and steak that melted in your mouth, accompanied by sides that were equally delightful. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff along with our two waiters Antonio and Julio who made sure every detail was taken care of. The ambiance added to the overall experience, offering a luxurious yet comfortable setting that made the evening truly special. If you're in Cancun and looking for a great steakhouse, Harry's should be at the top of list.

Everything here was lackluster. The rolls looked delicious, but they were not good. A real let down, because it's hard to mess up warm bread for me. We got the wagyu and it tasted like a diner steak, the mashed potatoes were gross. We added a lobster tail which was overcooked and flavorless. The only thing good was the grilled vegetables. The drinks were bland. We only got one each and we love cocktails! I wouldn't come here. Idk why this place is so popular, maybe it was good at one point. The service was excellent though. And I did enjoy the birthday dessert I got and the cotton candy they and the meals with.

Amazing place , recommended to eat a really good meat and the service is amazing. Thanks to Hebert and Chiquini who did a really god job.

A top notch experience! We didn't have a reservation but we got an excellent table by the water. This restaurant speaks high quality in all aspects from the reception, the attention received at the table by the numerous attendants, and the incredible food. Josmar and Marcos were our main points of contact. Please ask for them if you visit. The service was amazing. We ordered the Dry aged New York strip, the ribeye and the striped bass, with a side of veggies. It was a tie between the New York strip and the bass, although were both exceptionally delicious. The staff was very understanding about our gluten allergies and helped us with menu choices. We ended with lime and mango sorbet and as a final treat we received a huge serving of cotton candy!!! We loved it! Thank you Josmar and Marcos!

The food and service was really good. Our waiters Julio and Brito were really good and attentive. The restaurant is also very gorgeous.
