We stayed at trs coral for over a week and ended up eating here most of the time towards the end because it was the most consistent and most friendly. We liked the speedy service so we didn't end up spending hours eating a meal. Some of our favorites for breakfast were the omelet and crepe station. They could up their coffee game, but we're from Seattle so we might have an unrealistic expectation for coffee ?For dinner we loved the garlic shrimp and coconut shrimp.

It's the worst restaurant with racism.The waiter named NEF pretended not to speak English, so we had a hard time ordering and wasted a lot of time. And his service was also very slow and unfriendly. We knew he was making fun of us by pretending that he could only speak Spanish to us while conversing very fluently in English with the guests at the table next to us. We said we were very upset and the manager tried to mediate, but NEF lied to the manager that we can speak Spanish. And at Helios, after discussion among employees, they only said they would change the waiter without a proper apology. They even had an event to celebrate everyone's anniversary but didn't give us anything. This is a very unpleasant experience I had at this hotel. We felt like we were being racially discriminated against. It was the worst day of my honeymoon, and I experienced the worst birthday.

Stunning views, excellent breakfast and lunches, and impeccable service. Pedro was one of our servers, he was upbeat, thoughtful, and attentive - I will miss him! I had the catch of the day multiple times and the fresh fish does not disappoint. As someone with a crustacean allergy, I am usually nervous to eat seafood but the staff reassured me they keep seafood separate. Given I had ZERO issues they are true to their word and take allergies seriously. Big thanks to the staff and chef!
