It is a small ramen shop. The price is very reasonable for ramens with lobsters. The owners are very friendly. The ramen soup take some time to cook. Overall, it is a new experience if you never had ramen soup with lobsters before.

The shop is run by a Japanese???? and he was very polite, we ordered the lobster ramen (the lobster was fresh and delicious), the soup was rich), the soy sauce ramen (the pork was delicious, soup was rich), the sashimi rice (the sashimi was fresh and delicious), price is reasonable , The ramen was better than a lot of ramen in Japan, we were surprised that we could eat such delicious ramen in cancun, highly recommended??????

The lobster is really big! All the food was delicious, especially the curry udon. The gyoza was delicious and the onigiri rice was similar to Korean rice. I was so tired that I took an Uber and went out to eat and I was satisfied.

Amazing food!! Went with my Japanese wife and enjoyed the lobster ramen and torikatsu along with sashimi! The food was perfectly cooked and really resembled restaurants in Japan. Must try if you want to try real Japanese food. Price is very modest for the high quality meal! Would love to eat there again whenever we are back in the area.

It may be a little hot if you eat outdoors, but the taste definitely makes up for it.
Gyoza, soup ramen, and fried rice are all delicious.

The Ramen is very good, the stews are even better, they just need more shade.

Great good! Thick soup, sweet lobster, really good match of karage with veg, highly recommend! Parking is easy, maybe pay 10-20 peso to someone wear blue.

As someone who has frequented Japan and sampled ramen from countless establishments worldwide, I can confidently say that my experience at Hiroya Ramen was authentically delightful. Before delving into the review, let me share some ramen info for those unfamiliar with the ramn. Shoyu, shio, and miso refer to the tare, the seasoning element that gives ramen its flavor. It typically constitutes only a fraction of the broth, which can be based on chicken (Tori) or pork (Tonkotsu) stock, either clearish (chintan) or cloudy (paitan). While the lobster miso ramen is their standout dish, I opted for the Paitan ramen which was very creamy, rich broth accompanied by perfectly textured noodles. Though the egg and chashu could be improved, they didn't detract from the overall experience, as the soul of ramen resides in its soup.Unfortunately, i am here for one day but I'd love to return for it and explore their other offerings.
I liked this ramen restaurant years ago, but this time I was disappointed by quality + cost it offers.

As someone who journeyed to Japan countless times, I can honestly say that this does ramen well. This takes fusion food to the next level. The habenero shoyu ramen is the fine line of combining Mexican flavors with classic Japanese ramen. I highly recommend
