IHOP Cancun offers a nice place for breakfast with a variety of dishes, well served. The spacious and comfortable atmosphere is a plus, and the attention is very pleasant and fast. Customers find the coffee rich and delicious, with some enjoying the chocolate chips and iced coffee. However, the table reservation system can have issues, and some customers may be denied service if not requested through the app. The food, while generally delicious, could be overrated, with some finding it too salty and greasy. There can be delays in taking orders, and service can be slow. Some customers have received raw eggs and weak coffee, and delivery times can be lengthy. The pancake, for being the pancake house, can break when lifted and feels more like eating a loaf of bread. Sinks, with non-working sensors, also present a challenge for washing hands, a problem noted over multiple visits. Parking is available.
