Absolutely incredible dinner experience! We had a table for two in their outdoor area right by the water. The food was delicious and our waiter, Jose, was exceptional. 10/10 experience across the board.

Regresaremos. Cuidar el tema de alergias con mayor rigor. Una de las copas olía mal y al inicio el Servicio no estaba fluyendo, falta de comunicación de hostess con servicio. . Después todo cambió y hasta el chef nos visitó.

Had a dinner here last night. The food quality is no way close to real Asian food, but the price is higher than Manhattan high end Asian food. Unacceptable.

We ate here twice while we were there for 6 nights. The food was not consistent one day certain items were good and not on another day. It was very expensive for what you receive.

Beautiful ambience, very friendly and competent wait staff, intriguing East Asian food with Mexican influences, beautifully presented. A delight. Mind the mosquitoes on the terrace at night. The restaurant provides its own all-natural insect repellent for diners, but the odd insect might still come to bite you.

Fantastic meal and excellent service, in a wonderfully built location. They were extremely cognizant of the gluten allergy that one of our party told them about when they asked us if we had any allergies, and they took extra care to make sure that what we were ordering would not be a problem. They put things that did contain gluten on the side so that those of us who could eat it had it available. Their staff were very accommodating and demonstrated top quality service.We had the special which was a chutoro roll that had been seared with a torch and was delicious. We also had the Soft Shell Crab roll, which is often called a Spider Roll, and it was also very good. The dessert was quite exceptional, we had the Yuzu which was a cheesecake ball wrapped in a yuzu shell on top of a yuzu sorbet with some fruit. They put the chocolate strudel on the side as it contained wheat, and I honestly thought that while it was very tasty on it's own, the Yuzu dish was even better without it, so I might recommend asking them to set that aside if you do order it.

Beautiful hotel- architecture is phenomenal- take photos. Indochine is pretty, even romantic. Food and service were over the top. We did the chefs tasting menu- absolutely fabulous. From sashimi and sushi to miso glazed black cod and lamb chops. Wow. Creative desserts were just right for the end of the meal. Go, eat and enjoy

Meah... average.. It's a BEAUTIFUL place with AMAZING service. However.... the FOOD WAS MEDIOCRE.. Sorry I have to say this but for the prices of high end restaurants like we have in New York we were very disappointed. The food just OK for Mexico at an average place you find everywhere in Cancun

I came here with my friends for my birthday dinner and they did not disappoint the staff were so lovely and the food was great. I do think it's too dark in the restaurant other than that the vibe was amazing will definitely come back.
