Honestly, the worst experience.We arrived with my wife for a cocktail by the beach, no cocktail menu but we know that the bars around propose piña colada between 100-120 mxp. So we order 2 of them and we get 2 piña coladas diluted in 3/4 of the glass of ice, with little or no alcohol. I simply couldn’t finish my cocktail for the first time of my life.Then the bill arrives- 300 mxp.Added to this the toilet have feces all over the wall and turning the light on with my finger, I figured I just put my finger in a huge piece of fecal matter. I almost puked …Like a lot of people who want to enjoy a little trip in Cancun to relax by the beach, I just want to come to playa del niño to have a slice of real Mexican culture and I feel terrible and honestly scammed.After going through this how could I trust the place about fish sold by the kg ?II could have gone there every night to have a drink or dinner but after this experience I would simply not recommend this place for foreigners … and I feel quite bad about it.

Among the 5 or more bars in the port, it is the only one with wooden tables and a more refined environment. The chairs are always made of plastic and the view is on the starting point of the boats. But it's an authentic place frequented mostly by Mexicans. The food is excellent and the service is attentive and very welcoming. We went there on the first day of a long trip to Mexico and it was a great approach. 5 margaritas, a totopos and guacamole, a tuna tostada and a fish cevche: cost more than €70
