Little professionalism and lack of respect from the employees facing the client. I think they should hire more serious people and not people who are laughing and talking about customers among themselves without any kind of respect.

this would grow in the plaza las americas was my favorite dessert, I can't count the times I went to eat a crepe because there were many, my favorites were the cheese ball with Nutella or Philadelphia with Nutella, I highly recommend these two options .
