Matias is a great maitre d'. It is the prescebcial soul of the rest but of course the kitchen is essential. Excellent place. Incredible food. We are very regulars at this place. Highly highly recommended.

First-class service: Fast when preparing and distributing food; a pleasant atmosphere with quality music and decoration; and very pleasant treatment by the restaurant's waiters, specifically by a kind and pleasant waitress who recommended an amazing dish to eat. The best advice I can give you is to let yourself be taken care of by her.
In short, it is a place that I recommend to spend a pleasant time with a friend or simply eat delicious dishes.

I've been a couple of times and the pizza is good but the pastas are soooo bad. Especially the tartufo that smells like truffle because it probably has "truffle flavor" oil but it doesn't taste like anything and I also didn't like it. In general, they combine cheap and bad ingredients with others of medium quality, including starter bread and canned tomato sauce. The drinks are not fresh, they are frozen since yesterday they coincidentally did not have fresh basil for a dish but they did bring me a mango and basil drink afterwards ?
Honestly, for the prices they charge, you would expect that all their ingredients would be fresh, but they are not. The waiter mentioned that they've only been using real parmesan for a few months...
We also asked them to turn off the air conditioning because I have the flu and I went with elderly ladies and although the waiter tried, other people in the restaurant turned it on again at 16° and we had it on top of us.
The only saving grace is the waiter, he was very friendly at all times.

How I would like Google to give me the option of giving 10 stars. This place is a quantum portal to Italy. The pasta, the pizza, the octopus, the panna cotta, the energy, the atmosphere screams Italy. Eating here feels like a wonderful trip. It not only fills your stomach, it fills your soul and senses. If you come to Quintan Roo you cannot miss visiting 2 places La Familia Corlione and Xcaret. It can rain every day and just by coming here it will have been one of your best vacations.

Dare I say the best Italian food I’ve had on the North American continent so far. The freshness of the ingredients, the preparation and portions, all top tier. We ordered the octopus, Corleone pasta and Corleone pizza. The family and I were blown away from the very first bite and were sure that the chef had to be Italian, and indeed she is. Towards the end of our dinner she approached our table and introduced herself with amazing energy, you can tell why the food is as good as it is. The location is tranquil and beautifully decorated, and the service from our server Hector was phenomenal. Couldn’t have asked for a better dinner experience. 10/10 recommend. I’m on a streak with amazing places in Cancun! Hopefully the next place lives up to this very high bar.

Try the Portobello pizza, a very nice atmosphere surrounded by limoncellos that make you live an Italian experience. The waitress was very nice and kind to us, they definitely gained some frequent customers :)

The eyes burn horribly and the smell is horrible, burnt, NOT RECOMMENDED because it is not pleasant to eat while your eyes are crying.
