I have been coming to this restaurant for years because they are pet friendly but this time the food was not very pleasant but a manager came over and solved the problem by greatly improving the situation.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience, the place was dirty and ugly as well as the bathrooms, they do not have regular coke available and in previous comments I saw that they commented the same, they did not have michelado glasses. But the worst thing really is the place, it is very dirty and poorly lit.

I love their meat al pastor, we went for some nachos and they were exquisite and well served. The attention, excellent.It is still one of my favorite places today.

The food is acceptable, however some dishes on the menu are not always available, there is also a lack of interest on the part of the management or the owner. For example, when ordering a regular Coca-Cola, the waiter commented that they did not have any and limited himself to offering the Other options. This is unfortunate because it denotes a lack of direction because it would be easy to revive things like that.

The food is good, the pastor tacos delicious. The only thing I didn't love was the service. The treatment was very abrupt on the part of the person who served us and they were rushing us to order and it took 20 minutes to deliver our order to the table. The fresh waters are very good, the nachos delicious, the size is ideal to share between two people and even more in case they are not very good eaters. When paying, the girl who served us told us that please not divide the bill, that in one bill because otherwise they were going to make balls, in total, we paid in a single bill and she asked us to leave a tip in cash when the bill was already high. tip included

This restaurant has a much better and larger restaurant, with the same name, in downtown, it is excellent and has great atmosphere.The one in Plaza Outlets pales in comparison. For one the staff are not as attentive, good was good, but atmosphere was awful. You are in a mall with jungle Jimmy right next to it, with kids yelling, rental electric kids cars zipping all around and a chuchu train circulating right there.Also they had a picture of a beer glass that looked bigger than it really was. (See picture), though it was only around $2.25 USD.Do yourself a favor, make the drive or take the bus (for $1 us) and go to the downtown one!

Yesterday we ordered food and on the ticket there was the text that the customer had been Rude to the cashier (I ASSUME IT WAS FROM LAST MONTH - when we ordered takeout and at no time was she disrespected, the cashier was angry because I asked her for my bill but since the lady was already leaving and she was not paid overtime she was not going to send it to me, it is unpleasant to receive food and read this since we are frequent customers, but the truth is we will not order again)
