I got sick with a stomach infection from eating at this restaurant. I ordered grilled octopus and melted cheese.

Mooi restaurant langs het water, gezellig met muziek en het eten was prima. Toen we 10% fooi wilden geven werd dit niet geaccepteerd, we moesten kiezen tussen minimaal 15% of 20% fooi, jammer!

The quality of the food is good. But they have very few staff, very slow service, they make faces if you request something else, very serious all the time, they have no order when serving.

They give you a complimentary drink.

5/5 stars! I had an incredible lunch experience at La Parrilla Plaza! The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure our every need was met. The atmosphere was vibrant and lively, with a warm and inviting decor that set the tone for a fantastic Mexican culture.

But the real star of the show was the food - absolutely delicious! Every dish was expertly prepared, presented, and bursting with flavor. From the fresh ingredients to the generous portions, every bite was a delight.

Horrible experience. Both of their credit card machines weren’t working. I was asked to go get cash and came back to pay. That took me quite some effort walking around under the hot weather. Many of the ATMs in the mall were out of service. The manager wasn’t friendly as well. My server and the photographer were friendly though. They should at least give discount and apologize or let the customer know beforehand if their credit card machines weren’t going to work.

Really nice and laid back, awesome environment for families and friends ? just to walk around and explore new things here in cancun, stores , food , bars ? etc . Highly recommend ?.

The place was very nice. Abelardo attended us, who was very attentive and with the best disposition. The prices are quite convenient considering the beautiful place that the island is.

Cutest place we ate in Cancun! Great vibes and absolutely sick location, but food was just ok + / good - . Green enchiladas were ok, ok/good mole enchiladas, and pretty solid (good +) beef fajitas. Meh horchata. Definitely a place I’d bring people to eat in a long-evening party, but probably better food in the area.

Food and service were both good. Water is not drinkable so must buy bottled which was expensive, about $24 USD for 6 12 oz bottles. No issues with payment. A mariachi band played a song at each table. Nice, but while I was eating the leader asked me nicely for "one tip," so I stopped eating to tip them. Then, as others have stated, a nice lady took our photo. Of course she returned with a framed photo of us for $20 USD. We declined that.
